The luggage handling was frustrating. I arrived to carry my heavy bags without assistance, which was not what I expected from a hotel. even though the location is just a 20-minute walk from Riva del Garda center, it felt quite inconvenient for accessing local sights and dining options. The temperature control display in the room was annoying as it kept lighting up at night, disrupting my sleep every few minutes, making for a less enjoyable stay overall.

The Superior Double or Twin Room with Balcony was stunning, offering modern furniture and a spacious layout that made our stay truly enjoyable.
